Grayson's career began in advertising account management for Seiko and Seagram. He then entered the entertainment industry and became a packaging agent at Triad Artists (now part of William Morris). Later, Grayson headed Rabbit Ears, a multimedia entertainment company that produced classic children’s tales with A-list talent, including Meryl Streep, Jack Nicholson, and others. Then, as founding President and CEO,Grayson raised over $100 million in philanthropic investments and public funding for the All Kinds of Minds Institute, a major non-profit with a mission to change the American education system for children who struggle with learning.
